The cover under the rear dash will need to be removed and then re-installed after the box is put in place. It is very easy to remove. Only 4 clips that hold it in and comes right out. No much work at all. When we went reinstalled the liner it went right back in. Very easy, it took about 10 minutes. Nothing fragile that you can worry about breaking.
